Phil was formed directly from the dream of a Nokia marketing executive. He has beta tested cutting edge personal communicator hardware and been too overcome with scorn to say anything helpful. The man has a server in his living room. His washing machine runs Windows XP. Due to a rip in the lifestyle/romance continuum, Phil has married a girl who tolerates all of the above. She is happy on the back of Phil's bike at 160 mph and drinks as much Stella as he does. The kids will be interesting. Phil is responsible for registering domain names and putting content on the internet. He is also in charge of extreme gestures.
